Our booking policy
We like to keep things fairly simple here at Big Pig. When you contact us to make a booking we’ll take a 50% deposit to secure your date.
The remainder of the balance is then due to be paid on the day of your event. Once your booking is confirmed it is non-refundable. That said we are human and understand that sometimes things happen which are unavoidable - so we always advise you to get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can try to find a resolution.
We’re sure you'll love your event with Big Pig. That said, if for what ever reason something doesn’t go to plan or your unhappy with any aspect, please get in touch with us so we can put it right.
(We promise if' you’ve run out of material to send your kids to bed, this is just the ticket).
